• Engage directly with clients through virtual sessions to establish and monitor treatment goals, ensuring both their mental health needs and personal aspirations are addressed.
• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy that focuses on the holistic well-being of clients, empowering them with strategies to manage their mental health effectively.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of treatment providers and placement agencies, fostering connections that enhance care and contribute to client success.
• Adhere to documentation standards by completing all records promptly, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain an active caseload while keeping detailed session notes to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to contribute to team discussions and help drive the organizational mission forward.
• Contribute positively to our organizational culture by promoting mutual respect and cooperation within the team environment.

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals across varying ages and backgrounds, all seeking guidance for their mental health challenges. Our clients often present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management needs. Your role will directly impact their journey to emotional and psychological well-being.

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a Master’s Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients and their families.
• Proficient in building therapeutic rapport with clients, showing empathy and understanding in all communications.
• Possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources, including local support groups and treatment facilities.
• Previous experience working in telehealth environments or conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Active involvement in continuous professional development, including workshops and training focused on the latest therapeutic techniques.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. We also provide:
