• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing teletherapy platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that identify clients' mental health and relational challenges, designing tailored treatment plans that include achievable goals.
• Employ family systems theory and systemic therapeutic approaches to facilitate constructive communication and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
• Implement immediate interventions and crisis support as necessary to maintain client and family safety during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and current client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Implement psychoeducation strategies to empower clients in improving their communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms.
• Engage with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to promote holistic client care and integrated treatment approaches.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy.

You will work primarily with adults and children/adolescents who are facing a variety of emotional and relational challenges. Our diverse client population includes families dealing with communication breakdowns, couples experiencing conflict, and individuals seeking to improve their emotional health. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will empower our clients to create healthier relationships and enhance their overall quality of life.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Ability to provide outpatient therapy services effectively, preferably with experience in teletherapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Willingness to adapt to varied scheduling needs to accommodate client availability.

• Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting, particularly in community health clinics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to family systems and relationship interventions.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
