Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while providing essential services via our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized individual and group counseling sessions to clients, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet their unique psychological needs.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client situations better and collaborate with them to develop comprehensive, effective care plans.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client wellness.
• Actively respond to mental health crises by providing immediate support and intervention, utilizing crisis management skills to de-escalate challenging situations.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of client interactions and care plans, adhering to telehealth standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults facing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Our telehealth services allow us to reach individuals from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring access to essential mental health care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent qualification in the state of California.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent communication skills alongside a strong empathetic and compassionate approach to client care.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a telehealth or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management within mental health contexts.

Compensation and Benefits

Relate Therapy, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
