Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.
• Encourage open dialogue by guiding clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, helping them gain deeper insights into themselves and their interpersonal relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate, assisting individuals in defining achievable mental health goals tailored to their personal needs.
• Evaluate the mental health conditions of clients, designing and implementing treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilize an all-in-one counselor dashboard to manage client interactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client base you will support consists exclusively of stable adults who have been thoroughly screened before accessing our services. Our focus is on clients with lower acuity mental health needs, allowing you to work with individuals who are motivated and ready for meaningful change. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must hold:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure in good standing from the state board, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Relevant qualifications include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits
