Our solution syncs with most Practice Management (PMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. About the role:
Join our Healthcare field sales team, where innovation meets opportunity. You'll be at the forefront of transforming way the healthcare industry accepts payments with our innovative solution - Clover Practice Pay.

What you'll do:
  • This is a 100% hunter and field-based role
  • Proactively engage with healthcare providers and office managers, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Work throughout the entire breadth of independently owned healthcare practices, including nearly all specialties.
  • Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at prospect's offices to demonstrate the value of Clover Practice Pay for streamlining operations and improving payment collections.
  • Drive sales growth by levering deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on the full value of our portfolio of solutions build around Clover Practice Pay, converting leads into loyal clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
  • Install Clover systems at Client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
  • Exemplify Fiserv core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

This role requires travel within the Raleigh area, collaborating with healthcare providers to introduce Clover Practice Pay into their business.
Experience that you will need to have:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
  • 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
  • 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Reliable transportation.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience prospecting and selling directly to independent healthcare providers.
  • Proficient technical skills.
