This position ensures that the client's process to execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts and other agreements is well organized and efficient. They will work closely with client business leads and partners to draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements. client's contracts writer will proactively coordinate with client's legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all required information is provided, issues are addressed, and agreements satisfy the respective team's requirements. The contracts writer will develop and maintain an organized repository of all client agreements and related documentation and collaborate with business leads to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements.
