Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services using secure virtual platforms, adapting approaches based on the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and provide consistent support throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client therapy sessions, noting progress and adjustments to treatment plans to ensure accountability and efficacy in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our therapy network, you will work with a diverse array of clients, which may include individuals seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, family dynamics, addiction issues, and trauma-related concerns. Understanding the varied backgrounds of clients—from young adults navigating transitional life stages to elderly populations facing long-term health issues—is vital in providing effective support tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A ~master’s degree or doctoral degree~ in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated strength in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients through a virtual medium.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring the effective management of therapy sessions and documentation while working remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing teletherapy services or working in a remote healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and client management software.
• Experience in implementing various therapeutic approaches in virtual settings.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, adjusted according to caseload and experience.
