• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative therapeutic modalities tailored to each client.

• Educate and engage clients' families, fostering understanding and encouraging participation in the treatment process, which is vital for recovery.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Evergreen Primary Health, you will encounter a diverse range of client demographics, reflecting the rich tapestry of our community in Chandler, Arizona. You will work with individuals facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will contribute significantly to their recovery journeys and overall quality of life.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology; preference will be given to candidates with a master's or doctoral degree.
• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in mental health counseling, showcasing specialized training or skills related to therapy practices.
• A solid knowledge base of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders and treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and motivating them throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, critical for collaborating effectively with the treatment team.

While the position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, candidates with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care are highly preferred. Additional experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence will also be advantageous.

• Our compensation package offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
