• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, ensuring a deep understanding of each client's history and current challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their needs, aspirations, and cultural backgrounds, fostering a strong partnership in their healing journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings—individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Provide immediate support through crisis intervention services, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients experiencing acute mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies and skills to effectively manage mental health conditions.
• Engage within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify plans based on ongoing client feedback and progress.
• Stay informed of current research, best practices, and emerging trends within mental health, actively applying new insights into your therapeutic approaches.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding client information, fostering trust and safety.

You will primarily serve clients in a detox environment, many of whom are navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work is required for this position.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
