Job description

Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (commonly called flat head syndrome). With over 300,000 babies successfully treated with the DOC Band, we are the plagiocephaly experts and the leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses. 

Cranial Technologies also provides treatment with EarWell to correct infant ear shapes without surgery. With over 600,000+ successful outcomes, EarWell is a proven, non-invasive treatment option for families.   

We are currently looking for a full-time Bilingual New Patient Coordinator (Remote) to join our rapidly growing team!

This role will be supporting our sales and intake team by handling inbound faxed referrals (warm leads) and website contact forms for a pre-determined region of clinics. The expectations will be around converting these leads to scheduled consults. This is not a queue-based role.

This is a full-time position, with expected hours of 8:00am-4:30pm PT/10:00am-6:30pm CT/11:00am-7:30pm ET.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt
  • Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways
  • Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition
  • Address and overcome objections from families
  • Coordinate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an environment connecting with warm leads, customer retention, or quota-based goals
  • Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different backgrounds
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to manage details and strong organization skills
