Utilizing secure video conferencing tools, you will connect with clients in real time, eliminating the need for commuting and providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Our operational framework ensures that all administrative tasks—such as scheduling, patient intake, and billing—are managed by our support team, enabling you to concentrate solely on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

• Provide clinical psychotherapy services via secure video conferencing platforms to adults seeking mental health support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, developing individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients toward their mental health goals.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress efficiently and accurately within our electronic health record system.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other health professionals within our network for holistic patient care, sharing insights and strategies for improvement.
• Provide clients with resources and tools to aid in their recovery, promoting autonomy and resilience.

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients who seek assistance with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client base is diverse, representing a wide range of backgrounds, life experiences, and treatment needs. By working remotely, you can offer flexible therapy slots to accommodate clients' varying schedules, ensuring they receive the support they require in a timely manner.

• A master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted mental health professional license in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults in various settings.
• Strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional written communication skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any state licensing board.

• Previous experience in a remote working capacity, showcasing adaptability to digital therapeutic environments.
• Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding towards various backgrounds.

At On Point Physical Therapy, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 a year, commensurate with experience.
