Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and associated mental health complications.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that address both addiction issues and any underlying mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and resilience among clients.
• Collaborating actively with other treatment team members, including physicians, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated, person-centered care.
• Providing psychoeducation and supportive resources to clients’ families, guiding them in understanding the recovery process and how they can contribute positively to their loved one’s journey.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD, demonstrating your professional standing in the mental health community.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, equipping you with the knowledge required for effective treatment.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, with specialized training or certifications related to substance abuse treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
