• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize reliable evaluation tools to understand clients' mental health challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and actively monitor progress during regular check-ins via teletherapy sessions.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote consultations, ensuring accessibility without compromising quality of care.
• Maintain impeccable documentation and case notes in compliance with ethical standards, reflecting timely and accurate treatment information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer supervision, ensuring your clinical skills are current and effective.

Your primary focus will be on working with diverse clientele dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring your approaches to meet their specific cultural and individual needs. • A current and valid license in your respective field, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle multiple cases and administrative duties.

Experience in a community health setting, particularly with teletherapy services, is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your ability to manage client information effectively. A track record of working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams is beneficial.
