Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care and support to patients from the comfort of your own space. As part of our telehealth team, you will utilize video conferencing platforms for patient assessments and therapy sessions, promoting convenience and accessibility while fostering real-time interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments with patients using secure video-based encounters, ensuring that their mental health needs are thoroughly addressed.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, collecting pertinent medical data, including health history and current mental status examination results, to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized behavioral health treatment plans that are evidence-based, adapting them as needed based on patient progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information, including examination results and treatment progress, in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Be a proactive advocate for patients, embodying our mission to enhance health through compassionate care and innovative practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid, active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for effective patient engagement.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Proficiency in electronic clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) is required to efficiently document patient interactions and manage care.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, as it enhances our ability to connect with our diverse patient demographic.

• A minimum of two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling or a similar role is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable, as it will expedite your adaptation to our telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies specific to virtual care enhances your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year and includes the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
