Qualifications
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and provide support in a virtual environment.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance client needs and documentation duties effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in delivering remote therapy is preferred, with a solid understanding of telehealth practices.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teleconferencing technologies.
  • Previous experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is strongly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance is fully covered.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, along with specified holidays, enabling work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and continuing education to enhance your skills and expertise.
  • A collaborative network environment offering supervision, peer support, and resources to cultivate professional growth.
