• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients, understanding their mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources for treatment.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, setting specific goals and outlining methods for achieving them.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and manage coordinated treatment plans that foster holistic client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and immediate well-being of clients during critical moments.
• Document all therapy sessions and interactions promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical and legal standards in record-keeping.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to help clients connect with peers and explore shared experiences.

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
