Job description

Remote Healthcare Sourcer
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Remote Healthcare Sourcer to support clinical talent pipelines for a local healthcare system. This role is built for a true hunter-someone who is energized by finding hard-to-reach talent, building pipelines from scratch, and thinking creatively about where top candidates live and work.
This is not a full-cycle recruiting role. The focus is entirely on proactive sourcing, market research, and candidate identification for high-priority and hard-to-fill clinical roles. If you thrive on uncovering talent others miss and enjoy the challenge of strategic sourcing, this role is for you.
This role requires availability during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time. A laptop and cell phone will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source and engage clinical healthcare professionals using advanced search strategies
• Identify passive, hard-to-find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and creative sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess interest and basic fit
• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline progress in the ATS
• Continuously research healthcare markets, competitors, and talent trends to inform sourcing strategies
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing
• Experience sourcing clinical healthcare professionals required (nursing, allied, or other clinical roles)
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Strong internet research and Boolean search skills
• Experience working within an applicant tracking system
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strategic thinker with a strong hunter mentality
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sourcing priorities
• Persistent, curious, and resourceful when faced with challenging searches
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates authentically
Compensation
• $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time (required)
Pre-Employment Requirements
• Successful completion of a background check
• Drug screen
• TB test
