Job description

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.
Deploy pipelines and infrastructure in both proof of concept (POC) and production form to support the Customer Data Platform initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support combinations of platforms and infrastructure across the organization.
What You Will Do:
  • Work with analysts and their data sets in SQL, Python, R to optimize and troubleshoot ways to ingest into Red Hat's Customer Data Platform.
  • Develop data pipelines from disparate data sources to support both the analysis and activation of contact acquisition, engagement, and retention programs via Red Hat's Customer Data Platform.
  • Develop data sets across data lakes like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Red Shift, Starburst, Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to build nimble audience segments, data requirements gathering, and support questions for audience segmentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of data elements and Adobe Experience Platform in the maintenance and definition of segment, event and attribute rule sets.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Technology & Operations team members on development tasks.
  • Collaborate across the Red Hat System of Sites to enable digital activation throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Consult with business owners establishing and improving KPIs within Customer Experience.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: Query databases; Building batch and streaming data pipelines; Integrating data & platforms; Developing data sets; SQL, Python, or R; Data transformation ETL/ELT; and connecting customer contact data with account data and product data.

The salary range for this position is $137,696 - $203,100/year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
