Job description

Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Priority will be give to those candidates located in: North Carolina, Texas, Arizona and Florida.
This position is within the Enterprise Content Services (ECS) team with a primary focus on the Hyland OnBase software. This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serve as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Collaborate with team members to assist in administration, configuration, and support of the enterprise content services environment. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.
Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
  • Identifying Requirements - Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, technical, reporting, and compliance requirements and communicates them using specifications, process flows, workflow diagrams, gap analysis, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identify and troubleshoot issues that affect system processes and assist in correcting. Ensure compliance through testing and analysis.
  • Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
  • System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support.
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Unexpired Hyland OnBase certifications such as OnBase Administrator Professional or Expert, OnBase Workflow Administrator Professional or Expert, Hyland Certified Developer Specialist; or OnBase Consultant Professional or Expert.
  • Experience with leading an OnBase Upgrade
  • 5+ years' experience with the administration and use of an enterprise Hyland OnBase deployment; including ECS governance, document capture, search, retrieval, business process management (workflow, forms), record management, and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations involving Salesforce, middleware API layer, and other Line of Business applications.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments with records retention, audit controls, data privacy, and information governance requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications through incident management, change management, testing, release management, and production support processes.
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office 365, SQL Server, Windows Server, enterprise identity/access management concepts, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
  • Experience with agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
  • Experience with collaboration amongst cross-functional stakeholders
