Job Description:

We are looking for a young, high\-horsepower engagement manager to run theย Guestย 360 program day to day. Contract\-to\-hire, full time, starting as soon as possible. This is the business\-side counterpart to the technical roles: someone who runs the operating rhythm, builds the cost and value case, keeps a cross\-functional Marketing, IT, and vendor effort on track, and holds people to timelines.

The profile is early\-career ex\-consulting, not a seasoned independent. Someone with the BCG\-style toolkit: structured, sharp, fast\-learning, strong on Excel and PowerPoint, good at running a plan and chasing people down, but two to five years in and coachable. Domain matters less although marketing, sales, and pricing preferred. We care about raw problem\-solving and hustle, and we will teach the data and identity content.
