What we're looking for: 

Grad Dates: May 2026 2nd year MBA grads (with 2-5 years of experience) 

Location: Miami, FL (Port of Miami office) 

Format: Hybrid, In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's 

Start Date: August 2026 

About the Program:

The MBA Commercial and Corporate Finance/Strategy Rotational Program is a twoyear program based in Miami, Florida, designed to develop future leaders at Royal Caribbean Group with strong commercial and financial acumen. 

Participants will rotate across Commercial and Finance/Strategy functions, gaining exposure to the core drivers of the business while working on highimpact initiatives that influence company performance. Rotations are designed to provide broad enterprise visibility, handson experience, and opportunities to partner closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Throughout the program, participants receive structured onboarding, functional training, and ongoing development support aligned to their assignments. The program offers regular exposure to executive leadership, key decisionmakers across the brands, and crossfunctional teams-providing unparalleled insight into how strategic, commercial, and financial decisions are made at Royal Caribbean Group. 

Graduates of the program are well positioned for accelerated career growth within the organization. 

Areas of Exposure:

While specific assignments may vary based on business needs and project availability, participants can expect experience across the following areas: 

Commercial 
Participants may support initiatives focused on driving revenue growth, optimizing demand, and enhancing the guest experience. Work may include partnering with pricing, marketing, sales, operations, and analytics teams to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform commercial strategy using datadriven insights. 

Corporate Finance & Strategy 
Participants may contribute to enterpriselevel financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities may include supporting senior leadership with financial insights, longrange planning, performance reporting, and crossfunctional strategic projects that shape the future direction of the company. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduating secondyear MBA students with 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and/or a quantitative field 

  • Graduation date: May 2026 (available to begin August 2026) 

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities 

  • Advanced quantitative skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization or dashboards is a plus 

  • Ability to think strategically while managing complex details in a fastpaced environment
