Corporate Paralegal - Envoy Global (U.S.)
Location: United States (Remote)

Our in-house legal team plays a key role in helping us scale responsibly, operate with integrity, and support our teams with clarity and confidence.
We're looking for a Corporate Paralegal who is detail-driven, proactive, and excited to grow within a collaborative, high-performing legal team. If you're passionate about organization, precision, and supporting meaningful work across a fast-moving business, this role is for you.
☆ What You'll Do
  • Draft, proofread, and support review of contracts, NDAs, corporate filings, and routine legal correspondence using approved templates
  • Compare document versions, run redlines, and summarize changes to support efficient attorney review
  • Manage legal document repositories, version control, naming conventions, and access permissions
  • Support contract execution by monitoring signature workflows and ensuring accurate storage of finalized documents
  • Track contracts, renewals, and corporate filings; maintain dashboards and proactively flag deadlines and action items
  • Provide legal operations support, including invoice review, scheduling, intake of legal requests, and meeting notes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts, documents, and timelines and consolidate information for legal matters
  • Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries with citations and practical business impact
  • Support corporate governance, compliance, and due-diligence activities while handling sensitive information with discretion

About You
You're an organized, curious, self-motivated professional who takes pride in delivering precise, high-quality work. You enjoy being a central partner to a team, gaining exposure across legal operations, and growing your expertise in:
  • Contract lifecycle management
  • Corporate governance
  • Legal research
  • Document management
  • Workflow efficiency and operational excellence
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a paralegal, ideally supporting commercial or corporate legal matters.
  • Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and contribute to strategic legal initiatives.
  • Experience working in-house and/or within a large law firm, with a solid understanding of business-focused legal support.
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and other routine legal documents.

You're comfortable working independently, confident in handling routine tasks, and thoughtful about when to seek guidance. You value clear communication, collaboration, and continuous learning-and you're excited to build your career with a supportive, innovative in-house legal team.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE- $50,000-$65,000
