About the Role
Cyncly's development team is seeking a .Net Developer to join us. We're focused on providing software solutions that delight our customer base, which consists primarily of window manufacturers and glass fabricators. We live on the cutting edge of software development, always looking to use the latest toolsets and techniques to meet our customers' goals. We have a base product, and we also do a lot of project work for our customers. Our ever-expanding software team is looking to add a strong, self-motivated developer with proven experience developing software professionally.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or Information Technology or similar equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software applications.
  • Design and develop full-stack applications using C, VB.NET, Web API, RESTful web services, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with desktop technologies, specifically WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
  • Develop high-performing, scalable, and clean code.
  • Meet objectives in a timely manner.
  • Work within a team under a technical lead.
  • Communicate with other team members.
  • Contribute to code reviews, pull requests, and technical discussions.
  • Take initiative, always looking to make the software better than they found it.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support.


Preferred Skills:

  • Full-stack development experience with .NET and SQL Server.
  • Advanced-level SQL skills.

For this remote position, the expected salary range is $75,000 - $110,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
