Job Description

OSR Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our OSR Team to provide clinical care along with outreach to a local high school!  Our staff is not only great at what we do every day, but we also love our profession and enjoy working with our community. Join our team!

  • Provide athletic training services in an outpatient clinic setting under the direction of a physical therapist
  • Support patient care through exercise instruction, modality application, and clinical flow coordination
  • Deliver on-site athletic training coverage for local high school practices, games, and events
  • Evaluate and manage acute athletic injuries, including on-field assessment and triage
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletes
  • Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers regarding athlete care and return-to-play decisions
  • Assist with rehabilitation programs and progression of athletes from injury to full participation
  • Maintain proper documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
  • Build relationships within the community to support athletic programs and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
  • NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
  • Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Minnesota or license eligible
  • Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
Additional Information

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.00-$28.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
