Job description

Job Title: Techno/Functional NetSuite ERP Consultant

Location : Garden Grove, CA (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Techno/Functional NetSuite ERP Consultant to join our
manufacturing operations team onsite in Garden Grove, California. In this role you will serve as the
bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams translating operational requirements
into scalable NetSuite solutions while also rolling up your sleeves to configure, customize, and
maintain the platform. You will play a central role in optimizing our ERP environment with a focus
on Finance and Inventory management, driving continuous improvement across our production and
supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders across
Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.
Configure and customize NetSuite modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable,
Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, and Work Orders/Assemblies.
Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, custom records,
forms, and reports to meet business needs.
Lead and support NetSuite implementation projects, module rollouts, system upgrades, and
third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS tools.
Perform data migrations, conduct unit and user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop end-user
training materials and documentation.
Provide ongoing Tier 2/3 production support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage enhancements
through a Jira ticketing/change management process.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to align ERP capabilities with
evolving manufacturing business processes.
Required qualifications
4 5 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, in a
techno/functional or functional analyst capacity.
Demonstrated experience with NetSuite Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets,
Multi-Book/Multi-Currency) and Inventory/Supply Chain modules (Inventory Management,
Assemblies, BOM, Work Orders, Demand Planning).
Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (web services), and CSV
import/export.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business processes
into technical specifications.
Experience with full-cycle NetSuite implementations or major module rollouts, including
requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and
non-technical business stakeholders.
Must be able to work fully onsite at our Garden Grove, CA facility. This position is not eligible for
remote or hybrid arrangements.
Preferred qualifications
Nice to have not required
NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification.
Experience with NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Celigo, or similar iPaaS platforms).
Background in accounting, supply chain management, or industrial engineering are a plus.
