Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and treatment needs, leading to the development of personalized care plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs, utilizing appropriate clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
