Description
The County of Monmouth is seeking unpaid interns for the Human Resources Department. This is an on-site position located in Hall of Records, One East Main Street, Freehold, NJ. Responsibilities will vary depending upon the ability and enthusiasm of the intern. Candidates will learn all aspects of HR Management including recruiting, onboarding, attending job fairs, trainings and County events, ensuring adherence to County policies and procedures, processing and maintaining confidential information and performing additional duties, tasks and special projects as assigned. Must be able to multi-task and be willing to work both independently and as part of the HR Team. Hours are flexible and length of internship is to be determined by the school.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
