Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to fully understand client needs, history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other tailored interventions.
• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients’ needs for accessibility and convenience.
• Document sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapy skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and open dialogue with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach when working with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple clients and manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy in a community health setting or private practice is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools to enhance client support.
• Background in crisis intervention and experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
