Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and contributing to work-life balance while ensuring direct access to our outpatient office resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to meet the unique needs of each client. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based strategies.
• Provide direct therapy services, conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions, while facilitating discussions that promote healing and resilience.
• Intervene during crises by offering immediate support and stabilization techniques to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Offer educational resources and counseling to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges and community resources, promoting awareness and advocacy.
• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and staying informed about the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of diverse individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is required, including credentials such as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Proven clinical assessment skills and a strong ability to develop accurate diagnostic impressions.
• A minimum of two years of directly related experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively, embodying team-oriented principles.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and professional standards in all aspects of care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with telehealth methodologies is considered advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in multidisciplinary teams is preferred but entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
