• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health issues, documenting clinical diagnoses, and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with clients' personal goals and unique circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for all clients, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic treatment strategies for each client.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources available for ongoing support and advocacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and education to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Grand Garden Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will bring your expertise to support clients in navigating their unique life experiences while promoting resilience and personal development.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is essential.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but candidates with notable entry-level qualifications may also be considered.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
