In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while also having the option to collaborate with colleagues in our outpatient office setting. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand individual clients' mental health needs, utilizing various evaluation techniques and tools.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and needs of clients, ensuring progress is regularly monitored.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions. Employ both traditional and innovative therapeutic modalities, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, enabling shared experiences and collective healing among participants.
• Offer teletherapy solutions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to mental health care.
• Document all client interactions and therapeutic interventions meticulously to maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on emerging trends in mental health care.

• Currently licensed and in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental stance, particularly when working with sensitive subjects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling the effective handling of caseloads and administrative duties.

• Experience in providing therapy for clients with trauma, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms is a plus.
• Previous work in an outpatient setting, showcasing ability to provide structured, goal-oriented therapy.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
