• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs of clients and develop individualized, effective treatment plans that promote mental well-being.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver therapy sessions effectively, ensuring accessible care for clients facing logistical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment methods to uphold ethical standards in practice.
• Participate in continuous professional development to remain current with emerging practices and therapeutic methods relevant to mental health.

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health concerns. As a mental health counselor with Mind Foundation, you will be equipped to work with clients from varying backgrounds and life experiences, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs and help them achieve their personal growth goals.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental disposition combined with the ability to engage clients empathetically.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively balance caseload responsibilities.

While we welcome applications from new graduates, ideal candidates will have previous experience delivering therapeutic services via telehealth platforms. Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care practices is preferred. Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or veterans may also be advantageous within our practice.
