  • Attend industry trade shows and customer meetings as needed to strengthen business relationships
  • Consistently achieve revenue goals while operating independently with minimal oversight

  • Ability to ramp quickly and generate revenue with minimal training, including a goal of $100K+ in sales within the first 90 days
  • Proven history of generating $1M+ in annual sales or managing high-volume ingredient accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline, source prospects, and close business independently
  • Experience negotiating pricing and managing large-volume ingredient sales
  • Strong understanding of the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food ingredient manufacturing industry
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • U.S. work authorization

Benefits:

  • PTO 8-10 days
  • 5-6 days of paid sick time
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel
  • Annual team events
  • Healthcare stipend available for eligible out-of-state contractors
  • Strong operational, logistics, and accounting support to help maximize selling time
