What you have:
  • 2-9 years trademark experience, including searching and clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and/or managing client portfolios
  • Preference given for TTAB and/or trademark litigation experience
  • Active license to practice law

What you will do:
  • Perform clearance searches and provide risk and brand strategy opinions
  • Handle filing of applications, responding to office actions, and maintaining national and international trademark portfolios
  • Brand/mark monitoring and enforcement
  • Client portfolio counseling, licensing, and/or drafting/reviewing trademark assignments and purchases
