What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage client relationships with large dairy operations, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic business consulting, including interpreting financial analysis and offering operational guidance.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring actionable insights.

What You’ll Need for This Position:

Education & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Advanced financial and operational analysis skills, including deep proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (QuickBooks or equivalent), with the ability to interpret and translate financial statements, cash flow, and dairy operational data into clear strategic guidance for ownership and management teams.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, agribusiness advisory, agricultural lending, or related roles.
