SAP Support Manager Role with S/4HANA, WM, Logistics and Supply Chain Mgmt Techno-Functional Consultant - Mostly Remote some travel to Canada

Job Description

SAP Support Manager Role with S/4HANA, WM, Logistics and Supply Chain Mgmt experience. Having at least three full life cycle implementations and also support experience too. The candidate will lead the delivery team on both small and large projects. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality. Working for a Canadian Healthcare corporation so healthcare background is a plus. Some travel to Canada will be required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget

· Be a “hands-on” Techno-functional on SAP applications. Proven ability to prepare / review project deliverables (e.g., benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives.

· Experience in writing functional specification with expert level understanding of the SAP standard Tables, BAPIs and Badi’s

· Good understanding and knowledge of the workflows

· Lead design workshops with the client.

· Contribute to knowledge base of the SAP Practice

· Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations

Skills and Experience:

· 8-10+ years of SAP hands-on experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP MM, SD, LE and WM modules and/or SRM/Ariba

· At least 1 S/4HANA end to end implementation experience and at least three E2E SAP ECC implementation experience

· Leading expertise in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management

· Hands-on experience about Release Strategy for the procurement

· Expert knowledge on full process around Consignment processing

· Experience with WM RF solution

· Functional expert for the warehouse management processes around put away, picking, physical inventory and replenishments

· Deep understanding of the material requirements planning and analyzing the results

· Expert for the inter and intra plant stock transfers with and without the outbound delivery processes

· Fully conversant with the mater data uploads and be able provide expertise on data load objects related to SCM
