Your expertise in understanding and addressing complex business challenges with innovative software solutions will be essential. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise-level software to Clevel executives and decision-makers and will demonstrate strong solution-selling attributes with a Challenger mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on the latest trends and challenges within Greycon's target industries and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies for North America. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Proposal & Contract Support: Manage all aspects of proposal development and lead complex contractual negotiations. This includes the ability to structure multi-faceted deals with long sales cycles, ensuring clear understanding of revenue recognition.
  • Represent Greycon: Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets, preferably in complex SaaS sales to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate high-value, complex, multi-year contracts and deals, including the capacity to structure multi-faceted agreements with long sales cycles and an understanding of revenue recognition principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience interacting with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: demonstrated solution-selling capabilities and experience with the 'Challenger Sale' methodology preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals.
  • Proficiency in sales and analytical tools, such as CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
