By working remotely, they leverage technology to communicate and collaborate effectively with executives and teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently. They typically use shared calendars, project management tools, and regular check-ins to stay aligned with each executive’s priorities and schedules. Coordinating across time zones can be challenging, but setting clear expectations, establishing preferred communication channels, and utilizing scheduling tools helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Flexibility and the ability to anticipate needs are key to thriving in this dynamic environment.
