• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations by developing behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation punctually and in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing digital systems for efficient record-keeping.
• Engage with evidence-based screening tools as per clinical protocols to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a primary liaison to relevant state agencies, service systems, and community partners, enhancing network connections essential for collaborative client support.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with patients, families, and community stakeholders to promote our mission and ensure continuity of care.
• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to expand our programs, secure funding, and develop new partnerships.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities, promoting personal growth and agency representation.
• Contribute to the overarching agency goals by integrating our mission, core values, and philosophy into all facets of your work.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, substance use issues, and other behavioral health needs. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will cater to a varied clientele, including those recovering from significant life events or illnesses. Your role will be vital in guiding these individuals toward recovery, wellness, and greater independence.

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• A valid LMHC License issued by the state board in Washington.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing necessary reports in an organized and efficient manner.
• Strong collaborative skills demonstrated through experience working in interdisciplinary team settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective expression of ideas and therapeutic techniques.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on professional knowledge and best practices.

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered care approaches.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and documentation practices specific to mental health services.
• Previous experience collaborating with community organizations and agencies to facilitate client resources and support.
