We are hiring an Experiences and Events Manager toownhow Cornelis shows up at the industry events that matter mostand the trade shows and executive gatherings where our customers and partners make decisions. This is a hands-on role that spans strategy and execution. You will build the calendar,setthe booth strategy, manage the vendors and the budget, and then run the show on-site. The work ranges from an intimate analyst dinner to a large-scale conference booth with live demos and a packed meeting schedule.


This role suits someone who has already run eventlogisticsfor a B2B tech company and wants more ownership over strategy. You know how to turn a conference into a pipeline and brand asset, and you know how to do it inside a fast-moving team with a lot to prove.


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Planning
  • Own the company's event calendar and prioritize investment across anchor industry events and adjacent regional or vertical shows.
  • Coordinate post-event nurturewithmarketing and SDR team to ensuretimelylead follow-up and development.
  • Define the presence strategy for each event: booth size and format, staffing plan, sponsorship tier, and clearobjectivestied to pipeline and brand goals.
  • Build and manage event budgets, and negotiate with vendors covering booth design and build, AV, giveaways, printing, and travel.
  • Partner with the CMO and product marketing to shape messaging, demo flow, and booth narrative for each event's audience.
  • On-Site Execution
  • Manage pre-eventlogisticsend toend:booth design and build,giveaways,shipping, badges, staffing schedules, and briefing materials for booth staff.
  • Represent Cornelis on-site, running execution and solving problems in real time as they come up.
  • Assistin coordinatingexecutive and customer meetings, press and analyst briefings, and speaking sessions tied to the event.
  • Own leadcaptureon-site andmakesure every lead flows cleanly into the CRM and the follow-up workflow.
  • Program Management & Reporting
  • Track budgets, deliverables, and timelines across several concurrent events without losing detail.
  • Write post-event recap reports covering lead volume, lead quality, spend, and ROI, with clear recommendations for the next event.
  • Build andmaintaina playbook of what worked and whatdidn't, so each eventimproves onthe last.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work with sales leadership to align booth staffing, meeting scheduling, and lead follow-up with pipeline goals.
  • Partner with product marketing on the content and demo requirements specific to each event's audience.
  • Coordinate with the content team on recap articles, on-site social coverage, and photo and video assets for post-event promotion.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or account and program management, including direct experience planning and executing tradeshowor conference presence for a B2B technology company.
  • A track recordof managing on-sitelogisticsfor events ranging from small receptions to large conference booths, including vendor coordination, budget management, and staffing.
  • Strong program management instincts. You can own several concurrent timelines, budgets, and deliverables without dropping details.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience producing recap content, briefing documents, or campaign materials.
  • Comfortoperatingin a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy and direct access to executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, and occasionally internationally, for events.
  • Experience working with CRM and lead capture tools to track and report on event-sourcedpipeline.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI infrastructure, HPC, semiconductors, or enterprise IT, with enough technical fluency to brief booth staff and answer attendee questions.
  • Experiencerepresentinga company on-site at flagship industry events such as ISC, SC, OCP, GTC, orre:Invent.
  • Background at a fast-growing or category-creation stage company.
  • Experience managinganalystor press interactions at events.
