Noble Counseling, LLC is searching for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our compassionate team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work remotely while providing essential therapeutic support to clients overcoming the challenges of trauma. We seek a skilled therapist who is passionate about assisting individuals in their recovery journeys, focusing predominantly on conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders.

Noble Counseling, LLC is an outpatient mental health practice based in Hillsboro, Oregon. • Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments, effectively gathering information on clients' histories to tailor therapeutic interventions appropriately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans targeting trauma recovery and the building of resilience, aligning with best practices and clients' personal goals.
• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Lead group therapy sessions designed to foster community support and understanding among trauma survivors, while also guiding individuals through personal therapy sessions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, thus ensuring a holistic approach to each patient’s treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention during particularly challenging emotional events, offering immediate support and resources to clients in need.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster ongoing support outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Attending regular team meetings, case consultations, and trainings to stay updated with current research and practices in trauma therapy.

The primary clientele served by Noble Counseling, LLC comprises individuals who are navigating the aftermath of trauma. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a compassionate and approachable demeanor with clients.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with technology in therapeutic settings.
• Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team, adapting to varying team dynamics and patient needs.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly involving trauma-focused therapies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of trauma survivors.
• Previous experience in a remote therapeutic environment is advantageous, showcasing comfort in virtual client engagement.
