We are a fast-growing estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm dedicated to helping families protect their loved ones, preserve their assets, and gain peace of mind. We are seeking a Client Engagement Advisor to meet with prospective clients, understand their goals, educate them about available solutions, and help them confidently move forward with our firm.

This is not a cold-calling position. Qualified prospective clients are generated through our marketing efforts and educational events. Your role is to build trust, uncover needs, communicate value, and guide prospects toward making informed decisions.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct consultative meetings with prospective clients.
  • Identify client concerns, goals, and priorities.
  • Educate prospects regarding the planning process and available services.
  • Communicate the value of working with our firm.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm.
