Job description

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact events and account-focused marketing programs that grow the enterprise pipeline. This role blends the creativity of event design with the precision of account-based marketing and carries full accountability for the Enterprise marketing pipeline number.

You'll partner closely with our enterprise sales team to identify Tier 1 accounts, create tailored experiences (executive dinners, virtual events, partner events, roadshows, and personalized digital experiences), and integrate these programs into account strategies. You will also steward the Enterprise marketing budget, ensuring every program delivers measurable ROI.

This role will work hand-in-hand with the events team to support large-scale initiatives like Reimagine and other flagship events, while also collaborating with customer marketing to drive expansion within existing accounts.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 USD base plus bonuses. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Who We Are

SOCi is redefining how multi-location enterprises achieve local and AI search visibility with the world's first agentic workforce. Built specifically for distributed brands, SOCi's brand-trained agents are guided by a unified visibility engine that autonomously executes and optimizes local marketing work across AI search, GEO ecosystems, social, and reviews - ensuring every location is visible, discoverable, and growing in today's geo-driven landscape. Trusted by leading brands like Ford, Ace Hardware, and Liberty Tax, and recognized by Fast Company as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies, SOCi transforms marketing from software you manage into work that gets done - intelligently, consistently, and at scale.
How You'll Make an Impact

  • Own the Enterprise marketing pipeline number, ensuring programs directly generate sourced and influenced revenue
  • Manage the Enterprise marketing budget with accountability for ROI and program impact
  • Partner with enterprise sales leaders to align field marketing programs with Tier 1 account and territory priorities
  • Plan and execute targeted events and experiences (executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, virtual events) designed to build relationships and accelerate deals
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure the success of large-scale programs like Reimagine and flagship events
  • Build integrated campaign support around events (emails, LinkedIn campaigns, content assets, gifting) to extend reach before and after
  • Partner with customer marketing to support expansion within existing accounts, complementing net-new acquisition programs
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end (venue selection, vendor management, budgets, and onsite execution) while tying every activity to pipeline impact
  • Build clear reports on program ROI, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration to share with marketing and sales leadership
  • Stay current on ABM and experiential marketing best practices; proactively bring new ideas for creating memorable, revenue-impacting experiences

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
  • Must Have:
    • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven success in field marketing or account-based events for enterprise sales teams
    • Track record of designing and executing events tied to account strategies (not just general awareness)
    • Strong project and budget management skills; able to run multiple events simultaneously with precision
    • Analytical mindset with ability to connect programs directly to pipeline impact.
    • Proficient with Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent) and comfortable working with intent data and account lists
    • Excellent communicator and collaborator with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and leadership
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Desired Skills (but not required):
    • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience is a plus.

This position will remain open with applications due 30 days after this role has been posted. This position is being hired on an urgent basis. The application window may close before the date referenced above if SOCi receives a sufficient number of applications to select a candidate prior to that date.
