We are seeking a committed and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join the Oracle Counseling Center team. This full-time remote position will focus on delivering exceptional mental health care to patients coping with mood disorders. Oracle Counseling Center is a leading mental health practice located in Kent, Washington. We specialize in providing comprehensive outpatient mental health services, particularly for individuals coping with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. This remote position allows flexibility while maintaining a dynamic work life. Your office will be set in your own space, but you will be part of a dedicated outpatient team that regularly meets to discuss patient progress and share insights. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional opportunities for evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis, providing flexibility and varied engagement schedules.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate the severity and characteristics of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to deliver effective treatment tailored to individual cases.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and effective treatment strategies, empowering them with self-care tools and resources.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in mental health research and best practices, integrating new strategies into treatment plans.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to refine clinical competencies and enhance the quality of care we provide.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs within the community, striving to reduce stigma associated with mood disorders.

The ideal candidate will focus on a diverse range of clients dealing with mood disorders, including adults across different ages and backgrounds. You will be instrumental in leading clients through their mental health challenges, using empathy and professional expertise to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship that enhances their journey towards recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a strong focus on mood disorders.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT for effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and its implications for patient care, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Two years or more of experience specifically treating mood disorders is preferred.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and remote therapy tools effectively.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care practices to meet the needs of a diverse patient population.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
