We are seeking a committed and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join the Oracle Counseling Center team. This full-time remote position will focus on delivering exceptional mental health care to patients coping with mood disorders. Candidates should possess a strong educational background and relevant licensure to effectively support our diverse clientele in their journey towards mental wellness.

Work Environment

This remote position allows flexibility while maintaining a dynamic work life. Your office will be set in your own space, but you will be part of a dedicated outpatient team that regularly meets to discuss patient progress and share insights. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional opportunities for evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis, providing flexibility and varied engagement schedules.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate the severity and characteristics of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to deliver effective treatment tailored to individual cases.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a strong focus on mood disorders.
