In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to create a workspace that suits your personal preferences while remaining connected to our dynamic team. While the majority of your sessions will occur virtually, our collaborative environment encourages regular communication with colleagues through team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops. This role offers a good work-life balance with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while allowing for some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, integrating various assessment tools to guide diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating an inclusive community atmosphere that promotes peer support and engagement.
• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and adjust treatment plans that ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, applying de-escalation techniques and appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic practices and knowledge.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington state.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches relevant to the patient population.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, coupled with the ability to operate effectively in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, especially in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and strategies for engaging patients in therapeutic processes.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or in developing support groups for specific mental health issues.
