This full-time remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients. You will be expected to maintain regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, contributing to a balanced work-life dynamic. Collaboration with other mental health professionals is facilitated through virtual meetings, ensuring continued professional development and support.

• Deliver engaging and effective telehealth therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to support client growth and recovery.
• Conduct thorough client intakes and assessments to identify mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide referrals to additional resources and services as required, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
• Use crisis intervention strategies when necessary, helping clients navigate immediate distressing situations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize telehealth tools and technologies effectively for remote counseling, ensuring seamless communication and interaction with clients.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate care and evidence-based treatment, helping clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal and professional goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Washington (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC).
• Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of mental health conditions effectively.
• Experience in using virtual therapy platforms, with a comfort level in technology-based interaction.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a mental health therapist, preferably with telehealth or remote counseling.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet client needs.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous, as it aligns with our approach to client care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
