The Haña Health and Wellness Clinic is actively seeking dedicated professionals for full-time positions as Remote Mental Health Counselors. This role is pivotal in conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering effective treatments to individuals, couples, and families. Work Environment

This remote position allows counselors the flexibility to work from home while ensuring access to a fully equipped outpatient office for occasional meetings and team collaboration. Each therapist will have the resources necessary to engage clients through virtual platforms, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and case management. The work schedule is generally Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed based on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing clients to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective and evidence-based interventions.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, creating an engaged and informed patient community.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in line with confidentiality laws and ethical standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, regular team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications
