We utilize advanced telehealth platforms that ensure client confidentiality and foster meaningful therapeutic encounters.

• Provide high-quality virtual counseling services to varied clients, understanding their unique mental health needs and backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions concentrating on a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices aimed at achieving client-tailored goals.

• Conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, monitoring engagement and ensuring optimal therapeutic experiences.

• Continuously assess and track client progress to modify treatment strategies as needed, contributing to each client’s journey towards improved mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and refer clients to specialized services when necessary, ensuring comprehensive treatment strategies.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, those navigating midlife transitions, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. Our practice values inclusivity and aims to meet clients where they are in their healing journey, ensuring that each individual's cultural and personal background informs the therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of documented clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering virtual counseling services, with knowledge of teletherapy best practices.

• A compassionate and client-centered approach, highlighting empathy and a strong commitment to client well-being.

• Experience with telehealth tools and a dedicated home office environment capable of supporting professional counseling services.

• Previous experience in a private practice setting, efficiently managing a caseload and establishing strong client relationships.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches, allowing for a versatile treatment style.

• Experience working with specific populations may be advantageous, such as couples, families, or specific mental health conditions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the competitive nature of our compensation.
