• Telehealth Delivery: Provide individual and group therapy sessions via secure telecommunication platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices in a remote setting.
• Intake Assessments: Conduct thorough intake evaluations to understand the needs, history, and goals of each client, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to client crises by providing immediate mental health support and determining the best course of action, including referrals to higher levels of care if needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records that comply with federal, state, and organizational regulations, ensuring all treatment activities are well-documented and easily accessible.
• Team Collaboration: Regularly participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment approaches and share insights with peers.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Understanding the complexities of individual backgrounds and cultural contexts is essential to provide effective support and empower clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Possess an active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment abilities and proficiency in creating comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Exhibit a high level of comfort using telehealth technologies and digital platforms to facilitate patient care.

• A minimum of 2 years working as a mental health counselor, with experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• A record of effective communication and relationship-building skills essential for client engagement.

Logan Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
