• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies to craft tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while assessing the client's progress and modifying approaches as needed.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring seamless client management and quality of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care strategies that drive patient success.
• Participate in regular consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and feedback to refine treatment methods and enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources to assist in their recovery journey.
• Stay current with emerging research and techniques in mental health, integrating new findings into practice to continuously enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety disorders to severe mood disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundational knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing flexibility in tailoring interventions to suit individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client needs effectively.
