In this role, you will:

• Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to clients, focusing on their specific mental health needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all therapy interactions in compliance with agency and licensing standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing on-unit programming, contributing to patient training and development initiatives.
• Proactively communicate with clients and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness and facilitate successful discharge planning.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to contribute to comprehensive treatment plans based on individual client assessments.
• Take on additional duties as assigned, typically accounting for 5% to 10% of your workload.

You will work closely with a diverse client base struggling with various mood disorders, providing therapeutic support through evidence-based practices. Our focus is on creating personalized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of each patient, ensuring they receive the most effective care possible.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• A current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

While candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, we especially value expertise in:

• Evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
