• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of patients and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to provide therapeutic interventions for effective client outcomes.
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions to address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community among participants.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care for every patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize clients and outline next steps for treatment.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and local community resources available to support their journeys.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client privacy and data security.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and expertise in mental health therapy.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Experience in leading psychoeducational groups or workshops focused on mental health awareness and coping strategies.
• A background in conducting assessments and evaluations as part of a comprehensive treatment strategy.
