As a vital member of our outpatient psychiatric team, you will play an instrumental role in delivering high-quality mental health care to individuals across various backgrounds. Work Environment

As a part of our remote telehealth team, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging with patients through secure video conferencing platforms. Our telehealth approach allows you to connect with patients in the comfort of their own environments, making it easier to provide therapeutic support. You will adhere to a structured work schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments by gathering comprehensive patient histories, identifying needs, and formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Implement various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to address complex mental health issues.
  • Lead psychoeducational support groups on topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and mental health awareness, fostering a sense of community and shared support among participants.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to promote seamless patient care and uphold best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring the safety of clients at risk.
  • Continuously educate patients and their families about mental health, treatment strategies, and local community resources to enhance understanding and access to care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
